Turning Passion Into Action

Every great movement starts with a ripple.

Athletes spend years learning things most people never get the chance to learn. We think that knowledge belongs in more communities than it usually reaches. That's why we started Ripple Affect.

Our Mission

"Ripple Affect exists to turn the passion of athletes into positive action — creating ripple effects that expand access, inspire leadership, and strengthen the future of sports."

What We Do

Small actions.
Lasting waves.

01
Open Doors

Too many kids never get a shot at sport because of where they grew up or what their family could afford. We go where the gaps are and put real resources there — not based on what looks good, but based on where we think we can make something stick.

02
Let Athletes Lead

The most powerful thing an elite athlete can do isn't win a medal. It's walk into a room full of young people who've never seen someone like them succeed, and show them what's possible. We make that happen.

03
Build for the Long Run

We're not interested in one-off events or photo opportunities. Every athlete partnership and every program we run is designed to keep compounding. Small things done consistently over time are how real change happens.

The Catalyst

Athletes are the whole point.

Every athlete we partner with has lived something. The grind, the doubt, the setbacks, the breakthrough. That experience is the most honest and most powerful curriculum we've ever seen — and most communities never get access to it. We're changing that.

We don't focus on a single sport or community. We go where we think the impact will be real and lasting — and we let the data and the people on the ground help us figure out where that is.

Our Impact

The ripple
is growing.

We're early. But the numbers are already moving, and more importantly, so are the communities we're working in. Here's where things stand.
